Rubbabu is a specialty manufacturer catering to independent toy and gift, school supply and therapy stores. We ship from California and have a network of sales reps in the United States. If you are visiting our website from outside the United States, you can view our list of international distributors here or contact our Indian company at info@rubbabu.com.

Please include your order (names or skus, quantities and line totals), shipping address and phone number. We will send you an order confirmation that you can review and call you for a credit card when your order is ready to ship.

Online Ordering: Please make an account on this website and email us requesting wholesale terms. Once we activate them you will see wholesale prices and be able to place an order online.

Sales Reps Commissions: If you already work with one of our reps, they will receive credit however you place your order. If this is your first order, please let us know if one of our reps worked with you so that they receive a commission on your orders.

When your order ships, we send an email to your registered email address with a copy of your order invoice and your shipment tracking number.

If you have not heard from us and the requested order ship date has past, please contact Kathleen at 732-428-5544 or sales@rubbabu.com.

If you are waiting for a backorder, or have questions about a backorder, please also contact us by phone or email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We use keystone pricing.

Do you have a brick-and-mortar store, or do you sell on your own website? If yes, then you are probably eligible for a wholesale account. The Rubbabu line is carried by specialty toy, gift, museum, book, school supply, therapy and even some hardware stores. We are not signing on new Amazon sellers at this time.

Minimum Order: $150

Payment Terms: Credit Card on first order, Net 30 terms available subsequently on credit approval.

Freight: Our free freight level is currently $250 but it may exclude certain items. Free freight applies only to merchandise and not to displays. Free freight is not available when you are getting a display free.

The Rubbabu Bowl Merchandiser Display is available for purchase for $100 + $20 shipping.

We have two Special Offers on it:

1. FREE Display when you order $500 of our merchandiser product (SKUs 20128, 20126, 20318, 20319, 20192, 20314, 20199, 20246, 20189). Please note this can not be combined with Free Freight. Freight will be charged at actuals on product and $20 for the display which ships from the manufacturer.

2. FREE Product Worth $96 retail (12 of our 4" sensory balls that cost $4 each, retail at $8 each) when you purchase this Display for $100 + $20 shipping. Minimum order to qualify is $200.

Our next trade show is New York Toy Fair in February.

Before that, you can find our products and our sales reps at the winter shows in Dallas, Atlanta, Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
